Victoria Hoi An Resort stands with 100 comfortable guestrooms comprised of 32 superior river view rooms, another 20 superior rooms facing the sea, 28 deluxe seaview, 16 deluxe beach front rooms and 4 Royal Suites. Superior room have 34 sqm floor area with twin or double bed configuration while the deluxe rooms have a floor area of 36 sqm 16 of the rooms have double bed configuration and the 12 have both twin and double. The Royal Suite which has a floor area of 52 sqm have one convertible sofa bed aside from the standard double bed.
All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning units, computer games, dining area, ensuite bath, hairdryer, hot & cold water, IDD phones, in-room laprop port, in-room safe, mini-bar, cable TV, tea and coffee making facilities and smoke detectors. In addition to the standard room features, the deluxe beach front room has a DVD/CD player.
The Superior Riverview/Seaside rooms come with a private balcony and decorated in standard Victoria style.
Deluxe Seaview/Beachfront rooms are decorated in Vietnamese, Japanese, Old French and standard Victoria style.
Royal Suites are decorated in old French style with balcony, living room with convertible sofa and inside terrace.

The resort has an intimate restaurant, L'Annam, that overlooks the sea and offers international, local and seafood specialties in indoor or al fresco dining. Enjoy the best seats at the Fai Fo restaurant by the pool with light food and drinks or relax at the Cham Bar for drinks and snacks. Enjoy all of these with the 24-hour room service
Recreational activities include a spa for traditional foot-face-hand massage, steam bath, facial treatment, beauty salon, mountain bike hire to get around town, elephant ride along the beach, private jetty, free ride on an old antique Renault to town, kites, volleyball, badminton, outdoor swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, table tennis, billiards and darts.
