This interested tour will bring you a chance to explore the colonial charms of Hanoi before heading to the northern Vietnam to meet the Black H’mong tribe in Sapa until enjoying a wonderful landscape of Halong Bay, one of the natural heritages in the world, finally take a boat trip in Trang An and visit one of the biggest pagoda in Asia Bai Dinh Pagoda.

Ninh Binh: Take a trip from Halong Bay to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam where is still considered as one of the most important parts in the history of the nation, the Dinh as well as Early Le dynasties of Vietnam. We also cruise in the famous caves  at Trang An, Tam Coc, Bich Dong

            Day 1 : Arrival in Hanoi – Pick up - Welcome dinner (D)

Sites visited: Pick up – cyclo tour – welcome dinner. Upon arrival at the airport in Hanoi, our driver and tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel for check in. You will have the opportunity to relax until around 6pm you will have dinner at the fine restaurant in Hanoi. Stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi

            Day 2 : Hanoi City Tour – Catch night train to Lao Cai/ Sapa (B, L, D)

Sites visited: Ho Chi Minh Complex, Ba Dinh square, Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology, Cyclo in Hanoi old quarter, Water Puppet Show. In the morning you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, His House on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the outside of the Presidential Palace and the Temple of Literature which was Vietnam’s first University. In the afternoon you will go to the intriguing Ethnology Museum followed by an hour on a cyclo (a pedal rickshaw) being taken round the old quarter of Hanoi. Then, we enjoy an hour to see water puppet show at Thang Long Theater. Tonight you will take a comfortable overnight train to Lao Cai.

            Day 3 : Arrival Sapa – Bac Ha Sunday Market - Sapa (B, L)

Sites visited : Bac Ha Sunday Market The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station at approximately 06:00. There will be a vehicle waiting to pick you up and you will enjoy breakfast at a fine restaurant near Lao Cai Railway Station before driving 3 hours. This is the largest market in the region, a place where many ethnic groups gather to buy and sell, eat and drink together. There are 10 minority groups in the Bac Ha region. You can buy homemade handicrafts and clothes. In the afternoon you will have a 2 hour trek to Ban Pho village (Flower H’Mong people). In the village you can have a look in the local houses and understand a little more about their lifestyle and traditional customs. You will have the opportunity to homemade wine from corn. And then you will drive back to Sapa for check in hotel and discovering Sapa night market nearby our hotel. O/N in Hotel in Sapa. Trekking distance: 5km

            Day 4 : Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Catch night train back Hanoi (B, L, D)

Site visited: Lao Chai, Ta Van Villages – Black H’mong, and Dzay people. Breakfast in the hotel and then embark on a lovely trek that will take you along buffalo paths and trails and through several hills tribe villages Lao Chai & Ta Van, home to Black H’mong, and Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet.  Once on the valley floor you can really appreciate the wonderful scenery that surrounds you. The walls of the valley are covered with multi-layered rice terraced fields and scattered villages. Transfer back Lao Cai Railway Station for dinner before catching our night train back Hanoi.             Day 5 : Hanoi – Halong on Cruise (B, L, D)

Site visited: Halong Bay, Caves Upon arrival, you will transfer to hotel for breakfast and freshen up. Then you depart for Halong Bay. You will cruise in this secluded bay, marveling at 3000 limestone peaks that emerge from the emerald water. You have an opportunity to visit spectacular limestone cave, swim from the boat, and can kayak to explore the hidden charm part of the bay. Overnight on boat.

            Day 6 : Halong - Hanoi (B, L)

Site visited: Halong Bay, Hallow cave In the morning you be able to do some more kayaking to explore Luon cave and from here you can kayak toward Turtle islet, Human Head islet and the Saddle islet. After having lunch on boat you are leaving Halong Bay for Hanoi.

            Day 7 : Hanoi – Bai Dinh Pagoda - Trang An Boat Trip (B)

Sites visited: Bai Dinh Pagoda, Trang An After breakfast at hotel, our tour guide and car pick up at your address to depart for Ninh Binh province (120 Kms).Start tour Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda. Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel Then, depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers Ha Long on land of Ninh Binh. Around 16:00: Getting on the car for returning to Hanoi. Stay overnight at hotel in Hanoi

            Day 8 : Hanoi - Departure (B)

Free time until our driver pick up and transfer you to the airport to catch your flight back home.
