Day 1 : Arrival Hanoi

Day 2 : Hanoi City Tour – Halong Bay (B)
Hanoi Water Puppet Show
Today we start our one day city tour from the lobby of the hotel. We will drive to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit: Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
Lunch will be at a fine local restaurant in Hanoi.
In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam; Museum of Ethnology, which is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. Following by that we will wander around the city by cyclo to see the real life of Hanoian as well as the difference parts the city. Before transferring you to Halong, we enjoy Water Puppet Show at Thang Long Theater.

Day 3 : Halong Bay Boat Trip – Fly to Danang/ Hoi An (B, L)

Pick up at hotel and transfer to Ha long bay. Drive 170 km(3.5 hours) from Hanoi through the heart of the Red River Delta where you’ll see many farmers tilling their green fields to Halong city. Upon arrival, we board our private boat for 4 hour cruise on the pristine emerald water of Halong Bay. The cruise brings us through many green limestone islands to some beautiful caves. We will visit Thien Cung – the heaven palace cave- one of the most beautiful caves in Halong bay,
We enjoy the local fresh seafood for lunch before driving to Hanoi airport to catch our short flight to Danang. Upon arrival to Danang, you are met and transferred to hotel in Hoi An for check in.

Day 4 : Hoi An Walking Tour – Boat Trip & Cooking Class (B, D)
Hoi An Boat Trip Tour
In the morning, you will enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town with its narrow, winding streets, visiting the Fukien Assembly Hall, the 200 year old Tan Ky house, the Japanese covered bridge, the Hoi An Museum and the handicraft workshops. After that you will have free time to go shopping, to the nearby beach, or even have some clothes made which can be picked up the very next day.
In the afternoon, after being collected from your hotel, a short bicycle competency test will be given. For those uncomfortable with a pushbike, then other methods of transport can be arranged. The tour starts by cycling along level ground to the Thu Bon River to visit a local fishing village.
Ride along country lanes at a peaceful pace viewing local life and pause to see farmers toiling in their rice fields using centuries of farming practices. Peddle your way through palm forests, across bridges, fields of water buffalo….
Take a short break in a local family at Cam Thanh Village before enjoying 1.5 hours ride on Traditional Basket Boat (round boat) in the Water Coconut Palm Forest. Learn how to sail the basket boat and spend your time to catch fishes and “purple crabs” in the Canal.
Continue to ride our bike to Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village where a large variety of vegetable are produced for the local community. At the village, you will be shown the environmentally sustainable practices which the local villagers have used for centuries and is still being used extensively today.
Visit a local family and sit down to have lunch, then return to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 5 : Hoi An – Fly to Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels (B)

After breakfast at hotel, our driver picks up and transfers you to the airport to catch our short flight to Saigon. Upon arrival to Saigon, you are met and transferred to hotel for check in hotel.
In the afternoon, you will then drive to explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometers constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence.
Drive back Saigon.

Day 6 : Saigon – Mekong Delta Boat Trip - Saigon (B, L)
Mekong Delta Boat Trip
Pick you up at hotel in Saigon at 8am. A smooth one and half hour car ride passing the green rice fields, leads you to the beautiful rural MYTHO city. The morning trip continues on the motorized boat on the Tien river to the Qui (Tortoise islet). On the way, you will view the fishing port, stilt houses, boat-building workshops, the other Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn Islet. The cruise will lead you through Bao Dinh canal to enter Ben Tre province, “the country of coconut”, to see a typical agricultural model call “Garden – Pond – Cage” then enjoy coconut candy mill and the relaxing honey tea. Then the amazing rowing boat trip on the small canal – fully covered by the shadow of the water coconuts’ tree and cool breezes is something you can’t be missed. Lunch will be served right in the heart of the orchard garden. After lunch, we will walk along the village, visit fruit garden, enjoy the tropical fruit while you are listening to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music” performed by the islanders. Here you can join the daily activities of the local people and enjoy the atmosphere of this beautiful natural countryside. Your expectations will be fulfilled by final boat trip back to My Tho on the Tan Thach natural canal. Transfer back Ho Chi Minh City

Day 7 : Saigon – Fly to Siem Reap – Angkor Temple Complex Tour (B)

Upon arrival at Siem Reap, we are welcomed by our guide to transfer to the hotel. This morning, we start our tour to Rolous Group temples including the 9th-century-erected Preah Ko temple, Bakheng, the largest and most complex temple of the Rolous group temples, and the four-brick-tower temple of Lo Lei. After the lunch break, we will head to Small Circuit to witness the Prasat Kravan (Cardamon sanctuary), where we will experience the stunning image of the eight-armed Vishnu in the largest central tower. Then we get going to Banteay Kdei, a massive Buddist temple with four concentric walls; Srah Srang (Royal Bath); especially to Ta Prohm, which is best known for its originally charming look, with trees and roots intertwined with the carvings and chambers of the buildings. Next, we move to just east of Ankor Thom where stand the Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda that seem to be known as the twin temple, and to Takeo, the only temple never completed and yet one among the finest. Day 8 : Angkor Wat - Angkor Thom Tour (B)

After breakfast, transfer to start the tour to South Gate of Angkor Thom, then go to Angkor Thom (the temple) which was built by Angkor’s greatest king, Jayavarman VII. The major attraction of Angkor Thom is the Bayon, whose exact function and symbolism is still unknown until now. Then we go to Baphoun, which is one of the most spectacular of Angkor’s temples in its heyday; to Terrace of the Elephants that was used as a giant reviewing stand for public ceremonies and served as a base for the king’s grand audience hall; to Terrace of the Leper King, another of Angkor’s mysteries. In the afternoon, we visit the World Seventh Wonder -better known as Angkor Wat- that stands as the most important archaeological sites in South-East Asia. Angkor wat stretch over some 400 sq. km, including forested area, Angkor Archaeological Park contains the magnificent remains of the different capitals of the Khmer Empire. In the evening we view the sunset at Phnom Bakheng Hill before the dinner with Khmer Traditional Dance Show. Overnight in SiemReap.
