Ho Chi Minh Complex - Hanoi
Today we start our one day city tour from the lobby of the hotel. We will drive to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit: Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
Lunch will be at a fine local restaurant in Hanoi.
In the afternoon, we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam; Museum of Ethnology, which is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. Following by that we will wander around the city by car to see the real life of Hanoian as well as the difference parts the city.
After that we will take one-hour cyclo around the Old Quarter, known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. Originally, each of the 36 streets names’ was related to the products being sold there.
Before we go back to hotel, we will have chance enjoy the unique Water Puppet show. Hear the Vietnamese traditional instruments and singing from the live musicians who play throughout the show. The trip will be finished after the show at the hotel.

            Day 3 : Hanoi – Halong Bay – Cruise & Overnight on  Cruise (B,L,D)    


	
Sao Do town - Hai Duong
This morning we will be met at the lobby of the hotel and transfer to Halong Bay. On the way we will stop at Sao Do town at a Handicraft farm that main workers are handicraft people. We will have a short break for relax with tea, coffee or walk around. After that we continue on transferring to Halong city. At midday, we arrive at Halong Bay pier where we will check in our deluxe junk. Welcome drink will be served by our friendly staff. The cruise will start the journey around the Halong Bay with the first stop at Thien Cung cave, Dau Go cave. While we are cruising, our delicious lunch will be served. We will catch first view of Tuan Chau island, Dinh Huong island, fighting cock islets…. In the afternoon, we can relax on boat to see the beautiful view of the Bay and have time to swim at Titov beach, enjoy sunset…. Dinner will be come at around 07:00Pm. Overnight on boat.

Halong Bay
Getting up a little bit early today to do morning exercise and enjoy sunrise on the Bay, after that we will enjoy our breakfast at around 07:00AM. Our cruise will keep on cruising around the Bay in another part of the Bay for us to visit Bai Tu Long Bay, Con Coc island, Con Rong island, fishing village, Bai Tho Mountain and Hon Gai surroundings…
Our awaiting vehicle will transfer us back to Hanoi airport to catch our short flight to Danang, upon arrival to Danang airport, our driver picks up and transfers you to Hoi An for check in hotel, it take around 25 minutes for transfer from Danang airport to our hotel in Hoi An. The rest time for you relaxing in Hoi An.

            Day 5 : Hoi An Cooking Class – Walking Tour (B, L)     


	
Hoi An Cooking Class
After breakfast at hotel, we will have meeting point at restaurant. After taking the welcome drink, we visit Hoi An’s colorful market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have our opportunity to interact with local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the coming cooking lesson. After that we board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise about 25 minutes along Thu Bon River to Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life and make sure your camera is in your hand. Up on arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden before learning about some Hoi An and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours, each dish is first demonstrated by the Chief before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson we enjoy our products then.

PM: we enjoy half day walking tour in Hoian, an ancient Japanese port of trade. Much of Hoi An’s rare wooden architecture remains in this small, pleasant town. There are plenty to see in this delightful and tranquil town, some of which are the famous Japannese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tam Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda, the vibrant market. We wisit these on our morning walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls, which reflect the twon’s multi-cultural past.

            Day 9 : Hoi An – Fly to Ho Chi Minh City/ Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels (B)    


	
Cu Chi Tunnels
After our breakfast at hotel, our driver picks up and transfers you to the airport to catch our short flight to Ho Chi Minh City or still called Saigon. Upon arrival to Saigon, you are met and transferred to hotel for check in. PM: We take excursion Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years. Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to Saigon.
